An advanced execution and fabrication centre based in Singapore — where engineering precision meets design intent, across metal, fibreglass, and 3D printing.
Who We Are
New System Technology Pte. Ltd is a Singapore-based advanced fabrication centre operating across three disciplines: metal manufacturing, fibreglass and FRP fabrication, and 3D modelling and printing.
We were established to close a gap that many project teams encounter — the distance between design and physical execution. Design intent is frequently compromised when fabrication is outsourced to parties with limited technical understanding of the original specification.
Our facility handles every stage in-house: from reviewing drawings and advising on material selection, through fabrication and finishing, to delivery. The team that reads your brief is the same team that builds your part.

What Makes Us Different
Most fabrication businesses receive a drawing and make it. We engage with the design intent, advise on the most appropriate method, and take ownership of the outcome.
The Gap We Close
The critical failure point in most projects is the handoff between design and manufacture. A specification loses fidelity when the fabricator lacks the context to interpret it — and most fabricators do not ask.
We are different because we operate at both ends. Our team understands what the designer was trying to achieve, and we have the tools and processes to achieve it — in metal, fibreglass, or 3D print.
We read the brief before reading the drawing
We flag constructability issues before production starts
We advise on the most appropriate material and method
We take accountability for the finished part, not just the process
What In-House Means
We do not subcontract. Every process — cutting, forming, welding, moulding, printing, finishing — is performed by our own team, in our own facility, on our own equipment.
This matters because quality is lost at every handoff. When you work with us, there is one point of contact, one standard of work, and one team responsible from brief to delivery.
All stages — one facility, one team.
"The team that reads
your brief is the team
that builds your part."
How We Work
These are not aspirational statements. They are the standards by which we evaluate our own work.
01
We do not make something and hope it matches the intent. We understand what is required, produce it to specification, and check it before it leaves. Every part we deliver is one we stand behind.
When something is not right, we say so before you see it — not after. We would rather extend a deadline than deliver work that does not meet the brief.
02
We tell clients what is achievable and what is not — before production, not after. If a design has a constructability problem, we identify it at review stage and suggest the correct solution.
We do not take on work that we cannot do well. Our scope is defined by what we are actually set up to execute — not by what we think a client wants to hear.
03
Every process is performed by our own team on our own equipment. We do not subcontract work to manage volume. This is a deliberate choice — it keeps quality consistent and accountability clear.
When you place an order with us, you are working with the people who will actually build it. There is no intermediary between your brief and the finished part.
04
Quotes are returned within one business day. Updates are provided proactively — not in response to chasing. If a project timeline changes, we communicate it immediately and with a reason.
We treat project communication the same way we treat fabrication: with precision and without unnecessary noise. You will always know where your project stands.
Who We Work With
Our clients share one thing in common — they cannot afford the gap between what was designed and what was built.
Pipeline and extraction precision fabrication engineered for extreme pressures and tight tolerances.
Flight-critical components, structural elements, and tooling meeting strict AS9100 tolerances.
Custom prototyping, high-volume drivetrain components, and performance machining.
Ultra-high precision fixtures, handling equipment, and specialized contamination-free parts.
Custom enclosures, heat sinks, and complex circuitry housings with proper EMI shielding.
Biocompatible material handling, surgical instruments, and medical-grade prototypes.
Fabricating structural chassis, precision gears, and durable mechanical assemblies.
Supplying custom tooling, durable brackets, and bespoke aesthetic casings.
Architects, interior designers, and exhibition designers who require custom fabricated elements — from GRP feature walls to precision stainless hardware and 3D-printed scale models for client presentation.
Main contractors, M&E contractors, and specialist trade firms who need fabricated structural elements, handrail systems, equipment frames, and architectural metalwork produced to specification and on programme.
Medical device companies, hospital procurement teams, and clinical engineers requiring precision-grade stainless components, medical furniture, SLA-printed device prototypes, and FDA-referenced material traceability.
Product designers and industrial engineers who need functional prototypes, tooling jigs, custom housings, and one-off bespoke parts that standard manufacturing cannot economically produce in small quantities.
Three Disciplines
CNC machining, laser cutting, MIG/TIG welding, powder coating, structural steel, and stainless work.
Custom GRP components, hand lay-up, vacuum infusion, mould making, cladding, and gel coat finishing.
FDM and SLA printing, CAD modelling, rapid prototyping, scale models, and medical-grade parts.
