From a digital file or a sketch, we produce physical parts — prototypes, production components, scale models, and medical-grade prints — all in-house.
Design → Prototype → Production
We take your project from concept to physical object — with no third parties, no delays between stages.
We model your part in CAD if you don't have a file, or we prepare your existing files for print — checking wall thickness, overhangs, and geometry for the target process.
Accepted inputs
The first physical part is produced for fit-check, design review, or client approval. Fast turnaround — most prototypes are ready within 1–3 business days from approved file.
Print method selected by application
Once the prototype is approved, we run production quantities from the same verified file. Consistent part quality across every unit. Post-processing and finishing applied to spec.

All In-House
Parametric 3D models built from drawings, sketches, or verbal briefs. Delivered as STEP, STL, or OBJ. Suitable for 3D printing, CNC machining, or FRP mould masters.
Industrial FDM printers running engineering-grade filaments. Functional parts, housings, enclosures, and structural components up to 300 × 300 × 400 mm.
High-resolution resin printing for fine detail and smooth surface finish. Ideal for medical components, jewellery casting masters, dental models, and presentation parts.
First article printed and delivered within 1–3 business days. Iteration is fast — submit a revised file and the next version is in production the same day.
Architectural and product scale models built from 3D print, with or without painting and finishing. Scales from 1:20 to 1:500 for developer, museum, and exhibition use.
Existing physical parts are measured, modelled in CAD, and reproduced in 3D print. Useful for discontinued parts, legacy components, and heritage restoration work.
